PHY 315: Advanced Quantum Mechanics


Course Description

This is a graduate level quantum mechanics course. Topics to be covered inclulde: symmetries, application of finite and continuous group theory to quantum mechanics, gauge symmetry, Wigner-Eckart theorem, path integrals, formal scattering theory, relativistic field equations, elementary field quantization.
