that includes the following information:

Titles with brief descriptions of the most advanced
engineering, mathematics, and science courses that you
have taken within the last two years. If your course
closely followed a textbook, please include the title
of the book.

The computer languages with which you are familiar and
the length in lines of the largest program that you
have written.

Your research interests if any (a paragraph or so will
suffice here).

What you hope to get out of this course.

Any recommendations about how you like a course to be
taught.
This information will be help me to gauge the level of
the lectures as well as give me a chance to learn
