I do not post regular office hours but am available whenever I am in my office which is most of the time from 8:30-11:30 AM and 1:30-4:00 PM (You're less likely to find me on Tuesday). I am rarely far from a computer screen, so I recommend using e-mail to set up an appointment.
The TA for this course is

Office hours are Monday 2-4 and Tuesday 1:30-3:30
The topics are for lectures and recitation on the weeks indicated so your reading in these chapters should precede these dates. The problem assignments are due on Wednesday of the following week, but recitation will be most useful if you've attempted the problems before your recitation period. I have not indicated specific sections in the chapters. Generally we will cover the entire chapter: Let the topics and problems be your guide as to what's most important.
Exam days are shown in this style. Exams will be worth 100 points each with the final valued at 200 points. Grades from homework, labs, and (possibly) recitation will be scaled to total 100 points making for a maximum of 600 points for course.
Missed exams may be made up by an oral exam if arranged in advance with me or with a valid emergency excuse. Get a good alarm clock!

My eight page handout describing the complex number approach to AC circuits is available in pdf (91 KB), postscript without fonts (124 KB), or postscript with fonts (1.2 MB). Note the postscript without fonts will probably print correctly only on a Macintosh or a printer that has the necessary set of fonts. The pdf format can be printed or viewed on screen on any computer that has a pdf reader or browser plugin. Plugins for Netscape can be found here.
