• Feynman video lectures, given at Cornell in 1965 to a general (non-technical) audience and written up later in Feynman's book "The Character of Physical Law". Watch especially Lecture 6, "Probability and Uncertainty: The Quantum Mechanical View of Nature", to get a sense of why quantum mechanics is so strange, from someone who understood quantum mechanics really well ( Nobel Prize physics well).
