    Prof. Werner Tornow has been elected as a a Fellow of the American Physical Society "for his contributions to few-nucleon physics, especially his measurements with polarized neutron beams and their precise determination of the n-n scattering length." The fellowships will be awarded officially at the APS Centennial Meeting in Atlanta in March 1999.
     
     
     
    Prof. Alfred Goshaw has been elected as a a Fellow of the American Physical Society "for broad contributions to the study of the strong interactions in high energy hadron collisions, and for his leadership in particle physics."  The fellowships will be awarded officially at the APS Centennial Meeting in Atlanta in March 1999.
     
     
     
    Prof. John Thomas has been elected as a a Fellow of the American Physical Society "for fundamental studies of collisions in atomic vapors using methods of laser spectroscopy and for suboptical wavelength position measurements and atom imaging."
