Prof.
Werner Tornow has been elected as a a Fellow of the American Physical
Society "for his contributions to few-nucleon physics, especially his measurements
with polarized neutron beams and their precise determination of the n-n
scattering length." The fellowships will be awarded officially at the APS
Centennial Meeting in Atlanta in March 1999. |
