A numerically solved rate equation model is presented to interpret the temperature dependent behavior of continuous-wave and time-resolved photoluminescence of Eu-doped GaN in the visible region. Levenberg-Marquardt nonlinear fit procedure and Runge-Kutta numerical integration were introduced for simulating data..
