Physics Department Rooms
There are several rooms around the Physics Department that can be scheduled by any Department member for academic use, including Preliminary or Dissertation exams, group meetings, etc. In some cases, groups or individuals have priority of the room use, as noted below. To schedule a room, please contact the person in charge of the schedule, also noted below. See the sidebar links.

Room 090 (Old Room 054)
- This is a seminar room, seats 15, has a projector screen
- The general Condensed Matter group has priority

- This is the Chair's Conference Room, seats 12, has a projector screen
- The Department Chair has priority

Room 278 (Old Room 246)
- This is the HEP seminar room, seats 15-20, has a projector screen and remote viodeo teleconference capability
- The HEP group has priority

- This is the Faculty Lounge, seats 36, has a projector screen, is sometimes used for classes
- The Department Chair has priority as well as classes
