    PHY 310: Advanced Solid-State Physics

    Course Description

    Advanced energy band theory, Fermi-liquid theory, many-body Green's functions and diagrammatic techniques, interacting electron gas, superconductivity, applications.

    Prerequisites

    Physics 307 or equivalent.
